Katie Sweeney

Katie Sweeney joins Rocket Pro as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Broker Advocacy, bringing extensive experience at the intersection of marketing, technology, and the mortgage industry. With a passion for empowering brokers and advocating for homeownership, Katie has spent years advancing the mortgage broker channel and creating impactful change for underserved communities.

Previously, Katie served as CEO of the Broker Action Coalition (BAC), where she led policy initiatives that connected brokers with elected officials across the country, sending hundreds of thousands of letters to legislators and holding thousands of legislative meetings. She also served as CEO of the Association of Independent Mortgage Experts (AIME), driving membership growth and expanding initiatives to support minority, female, and veteran brokers. As Executive Vice President of Strategy at ARIVE, Katie introduced innovative product solutions to the wholesale mortgage industry, democratizing technology and brining enterprise solutions to independent small businesses.

Recognized for her contributions, Katie has been named one of HousingWire’s Women of Influence, a Vanguard Award Winner, and a 2021-2023 Elite Women by Mortgage Professional America. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications and Sports Broadcasting with a focus in Business Marketing from Pepperdine University.
